ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Color / Pale straw colour with green hues.
Smell / Scents of white peaches, apples and pineapple.
Taste / Delicate, fresh and citrusy with a hint of pink grapefruit on the palate, typical of Catarratto grapes.
